Morneau, Young day-to-day for Twins

Morneau, who will appear in his fourth All-Star Game next week, is suffering from a mild concussion after taking a knee to the helmet trying to break up a double play in the eighth inning.

Young sustained a sprained left wrist three innings earlier going after a gapper hit by Jose Bautista, who wound up with an inside-the-park home run. Young's attempt at sliding for the ball went for naught, and he upended center fielder Denard Span in the process.

Young was able to finish the game, however.
