Mike Miller added 13 points in defeat for Minnesota. Minnesota star rookie Kevin Love followed his 12-point, nine-rebound NBA debut with just nine points and three rebounds in 23 minutes. The Oklahoma City/Seattle franchise had won six straight games in the series before the Timberwolves defeated the SuperSonics 121-116 on March 14 in their final game in Seattle.
